🔥 Cooking Instructions

1. Heat sufficient oil in a deep pan to medium-high temperature.
2. Deep fry the fish pieces until golden and cooked through.
3. Drain excess oil. In a wok, open the Schezwan sauce sachet provided and heat on high flame.
4. Add the fried fish and toss gently until evenly coated.
5. Serve hot immediately.
