At Madhulika Commercial Cuisines, we take utmost care in preparing and packaging our products. Since our food items are perishable, we do not offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised in quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos/video. After verification, we address the concern quickly with resolution.
