🔥 Cooking Instructions

1. Heat sufficient oil in a deep pan to medium-high temperature.
2. Deep fry the fish pieces until golden and cooked through.
3. Drain excess oil. In a wok, open the chilly sauce sachet provided and heat on high flame.
4. Add the fried fish and toss gently until evenly coated.
5. Serve hot immediately.

Do not refreeze once thawed
